The service
Lattice lets the account owner connect a cloud, then lets developers create and tear down development Kubernetes clusters. These are not fully loaded GKE or EKS clusters. Control planes are hosted on a shared mother cluster; worker count, ingress gateway, and egress gateway are set by admins for all sandboxes. Worker compute still runs in your AWS or GCP account.
Accounts
The first email sign-up owns the organization. The owner invites members and may require company SSO for those members. Two-factor authentication applies only to the owner. You are responsible for who you invite and for the cloud credentials you store.
Acceptable use
Use Lattice for development and test clusters. Do not use it to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency, store illegal content, or bypass cloud provider terms. We may suspend an organization that harms the platform or other customers.
Throwaway clusters
Clusters idle for three days are deleted unless extended. Deletion tears down the control plane and the workers Lattice created. Persist nothing you cannot recreate. Bring-your-own stack still requires workers in a network that can reach your registry and AMI sources.
Plans and payment
Free allows one development cluster. Pro is $10 per cluster per month (up to 20). Enterprise is $20 per cluster per month (up to 100). Quantity follows live clusters. Stripe bills the owner. Receipts and past-due alerts go to the billing email. Failed payment may freeze new cluster creates until resolved.
No uptime promise
Lattice is provided as-is for development workflows. We do not warrant production SLAs. Cloud API failures, region outages, and idle deletion can remove clusters.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lattice is not liable for cloud bills, lost clusters, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
The owner may delete the organization at any time with two-factor confirmation. We may terminate for unpaid invoices or abuse. On deletion we remove org data as described in the privacy policy.
